I think it is for yourself, the happiness is in your mind but there some tips and that maybe will help you:
- Exercises at the gym or do some sport is very important and when you finish, you feel better.
- Sleep well, if you sleep at least eigth hours per day, your next day will be fantastic!!!
- Eat well and the first food is the breakfast.
- Listen to music and sing, you'll be happy doing this.
- Dress as if you were going to a party every day, apply perfume or cologne.
- Eat chocolate or sweet.
- Don't be vindictive and forgive others for their old problems.
I liked to do all thinks,,,but in my life here not possible!!
ReplyDeleteI don't go at the gym, i don't sleep very well, i don't eat well...i don't listen music, i don't watch tv...just eat chocolate ....
