My perfect date wouldn't necessarily be with the perfect man - a good one would do - but a perfect moment is required. As perfect is something extremely personal, for me it would start with an early knock on my door. Outside I'd see a man, who would be ran out of word for a while; I do not need words to understand certain things: looks and smiles are more than enough.
Perfection might requires a gentleman, so he would have practiced how to be one for while before getting to his date. He would take me for dinner in an fancy, but not uncomfortable, restaurant, where we could talk for a longe time enjoiyng our meal. Then, it would be very interesting going to a quite place, where we could get to know each other without worrying about the crowd. It could be a park, the top of roof of a building... Actually, that would be very interesting if you could see stars. They are quite relaxing and invite people to be more intimist. People talk about thigs that they do not share very often.
Simple things and actions are important for me too. So, a cup of coffee after all of it would be something nice and simple.
Marlon: Debora ... you have set the bar pretty high. I hope an 'experienced gentleman' sweeps you off your feet oneday. Your date sounds lovely.
ReplyDeleteAnnie- :D I think exactly like you, it should be a man, who attracts YOU. Not has to be a perfect one...
ReplyDeleteJuheui - yes, we don't need a perfect man, just need perfect moments to us. and I could learn many future tenses from your writing(good to me cuz I was absent Mon - Wednesday in this week)
ReplyDeleteclaire, like the roof idea surrounding by the stars, really romantic.
