isabel

Virgen de Loreto was the name of my primary school. I have great memories of those years, and specially of one teacher. He used to teach us Lenguage, English and Catalan. At that age i remember i wanted to be a journalist, so reading and writing were my hobbies. I never thought i was very good at writing, but i liked to use my imagination for writing different stories. Javier, wich was the name of the teacher, used to give us a lot of homework about writing stories, and reading books in every subject. I really enjoyed his classes.
He was my teacher the last three years on primary school, and i still remember something that he said to me one day when the class was finished, after he gave us the results of a Lenguage exam. 'You could be a great journalist'. I stared at him for a moment and then i smiled and said thanks. When i left the class i felt happy because i never mention my interest in journalism to him. I was very proud of myself, 'you're doing it well isabel' i thought. A pitty that mathes were crossed in the way, they were probbably the responsible that i quited, maybe i was too young to accept that if i wanted something, no matter how hard it was, there were no enough excuses in no trying. That was a lesson of life.

  1. Nice story. I think that if you want something, you can get it! Your attitude is what allows you to get it!
